Oh my gosh - September is busy for us too....our anniversary, and 3 birthday s all in one week! I LOVELOVELOVE Crab Dance! As a Cancerian I love all things crab (except for eating them)!!

Anna you are always a bright spot in my day. I stitched the horizontal version of LLAP and it was a wonderfully easy stitch. I'll be gifting it to hubby for our 42nd anniversary in September. I realized over the weekend that I need to either panic or just get busy. Sept. has 3 anninversaries, including ours, and a birthday. October has a friend's birthday and of course Halloween. Nov. has 2 birthdays and Thanksgiving. Then December has 3 birthdays and Christmas. AAHH! My Grandmother always told me that she never felt old until her kids started turning 50, then she really felt old.

Your oldest is going to be 45 but my youngest just turned 45 yesterday. Talk about feeling old. I cannot believe it because I’m sure I’m only 50!!😂😂. We just have to keep on keepin on! Life is good!

I really like your idea of the bee stitch as a circular design. It is beautiful. It makes my heart happy that you love the bee scissors holder I stitched for you 🥰 it was a labor of love and gratitude for all of the wonderful visits I have had with you through both of your RUclips channels. I am excited for you to go to Shepherds Bush. Last winter I was in Utah and drove the hour and a half to go there. It was well worth the drive! The ladies there are wonderful. Ah, my daughter turned 60 in July. That hits a note! And my brain is still figuring I can do things that are beyond my body’s ability any longer. We have a doorbell camera that astounds me. There is an older woman that comes and goes to our house. I don’t know who she can be! This is a lovely time of year here in “by the lake” Ohio. For my birthday in early September I am planing a trip to a stitch shop in another part of the coastal area. Simple joys. Hope your camping trip goes well. Happy Anniversary also.

I watch you, stitchy witch and stitching with the sisterlies. I have family in Oregon, and I wish I lived there, too. Sisters and Bend are one of my favorite places. I've been to the Sisters' quilt show several times and have entered quilts twice. Unfortunately, I haven't been since COVID. Anyway, have a great trip. If I don't see you, I'll catch you on floss tube and quilt roadies. I've been watching it forever.

Our weather here in Kansas is still hot and humid, but bearable. School has already started here last week. Thank you for the video, and September sounds wonderful.

When my son turned 40 I thought I was very old. I don't think we feel old in our minds but our body will tell us when we do something that we don't do very often. Thank you for sharing with us.

Acorns abound in my yard in the fall!! Arrgh, not the larger, pretty ones, but little ones the cause a zillion saplings to sprout up EVERYWHERE!! However, I love YOUR acorn!!!!
